4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid features are billed as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CitizenTrace are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
CitizenTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where CitizenTrace is incorporated.
